of Beregond, Bergil and how our choices impact the future
This really moved me how Bergil tried to stay strong. But when he saw Faramir at last in a very bad condition, he cried.
Two of my favorite characters! Thanks for this delightful revisit of their journeys.
I always love the many minor characters in ROTK. For as many times as I've read it, or seen the films, I never feel like I remember it as well as the first two books. Love Beregond!
Tolkien does such a good job with minor characters! I'm glad you enjoyed a deep dive on Beregond ❤️
And I JUST happened to finish a read-through, so he's fresh in mind! :)
Haven’t read the books in over twenty years and this really makes me want to dive back in. Thanks for the inspiration.
I can't wait to read them again with everyone this September. I find new things to love every time!
The Beregond-Bergil parts of Return of the King are some of my favorites! Thanks for the review!
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for reading!
This is beautifully written. How encouraging to have this reminder to live with integrity, kindness, and faith.
Thank you for stating this so beautifully.
I love how even Tolkien's side characters have depth and nuance. Thanks for reading!
