Hi, I seem to be unable to upgrade to paid - I'm in the UK, any ideas why? Would love to support.

Hey Alan, I'm not sure what you're seeing on your end. I wouldn't know how to resolve it as Substack doesn't give us troubleshoot info like their customer service department has. I have many international subscribers, so I'm not sure what the issue could be. What happens when you try to upgrade?

On android it does nothing and makes me enter it all again with multiple cards, on pc it sometimes says card declined (it certainly has funds) or again does nothing.

If you have other international subscriptions I'll try with another card type and failing that attempt to contact substack 🙂.

Can’t wait to read all of your posts about the books. I read them again in late spring and they were just what I needed then. I had forgotten how moving the end was.
